I literally woke up about 5 hours ago. That's not too good.
I need to start waking up early like around 7AM or 8AM.
Tomorrow is another day and I shall start fresh!, I am aiming for a
8 AM workout with my Billy Blanks for at least an hr. I'm pretty sure
the kiddos will still be sleeping at that time. Then get my chef on for
the kiddos. Remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then
off to run errands. Hubby is away for the week, and wont be back until Thurs.
So I have no one to bug until his return.lol
